We do not guarantee or claim that users will derive any financial benefit or specific outcomes from the use of our Services. Mether Funnel should be leveraged as a tool to aid in decision-making and not as a promise of financial gain.
Your Mether Funnel subscription is for your personal or business use only. Reselling your subscription, sharing it beyond the allowed number of invitations, or any form of account misuse is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Users must not misuse or deceive the referral program offered by Mether Funnel. Engaging in fraudulent or malicious activities within the referral program is grounds for account termination, withholding of refunds, and revocation of referral rewards.
Mether Funnel utilizes video content in live presentations. The quality of these presentations is contingent upon the user's internet connection. Mether Funnel is not responsible for disruptions or poor user experiences attributable to inadequate internet speeds or connectivity issues.
While we strive for perfection, Mether Funnel, like any software, may occasionally experience bugs. We commit to addressing these issues promptly. Bugs or service interruptions do not qualify for refunds; however, we will extend your subscription accordingly for the time affected.
Payments made via blockchain technologies are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions purchased through blockchain means will not automatically renew. Users are responsible for managing their subscription renewals.
Mether Funnel will provide timely reminders for subscription renewals. For users paying with cryptocurrency or those without auto-renewal setups, failure to renew before expiration will result in immediate suspension of services, including presentation sub-domains.
All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on Mether Funnel are our property or the property of other third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third party which may own the Marks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mether Funnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mether Funnel and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service using your account.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the Court of Arbitration of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in accordance with its rules and procedures.
Mether Funnel reserves the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
